Been Slacking Off

As the title says.... I've been slacking off on posting on here lately. Let's see....what's happened recently.

As you can see the last post was about the Red Wing game we were going to. Well that came and went. We had a great time at the game. It was Kara's first Red Wing game and she had a great time. It was the first game I've been to in a few years. The Wings beat Anaheim 3-2. It was a pretty good game. Unfortunately after the game we had to stop by where I work. I had to get some stuff finished up for the next day. It was either go in late Friday or work early Saturday. So we stayed for about 3-1/2 hours. It was around 3 am when we finally got home. I did however get to sleep in on Saturday!!!

The weekend before the game my mother came to visit us. She hadn't seen us since May I think it was. So I picked her up after work on Friday and we took her home on Sunday. We didn't really do too much. Went out to breakfast on Saturday and she cooked us meatloaf that evening. I sure do miss her cooking!!

Well I guess that's been pretty much it lately.

Red Wings Tickets

WOOHOO!! We're going to the Detroit Red Wings game on October 21st against Anaheim. It'll be our first hockey game together. We're so happy hockey is back this year.
